It means you aren’t “owned” by a single stylist. You are a guest of the house. Our team collaborates on formulas and techniques, so if your preferred stylist is busy, you can see another team member and receive the exact same high-level experience and results.

Absolutely. We are queer-owned and explicitly inclusive. We offer “Silent Appointments” for those who need a low-stimulation environment, and we are committed to gender-affirming hair and skincare. If there is a specific accommodation you need, just let us know.

We prioritize your health and the planet by selecting products that meet rigorous “clean” ingredient standards. We utilize Davines and Surface for hair care, alongside [comfort zone], /skin regimen/, and Fur for expert skin and body care. To complete your look, we use Jane Iredale skincare makeup. Our curated selection features top-tier European and Canadian lines, ensuring professional results without compromise.

 

While we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, we do not charge a fee for rescheduled appointments. However, we do maintain a strict No Call / No Show / Ghosting Policy. If we do not hear from a guest by the end of our business day, they will be charged for the entirety of their missed appointment(s).
